We understand the importance of making informed decisions, so we kindly ask you to choose your purchases carefully. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions. However, we are here to assist you, and we provide the option of an exchange or in-store credit for alternative products within 90 days from the original purchase date as shown on your invoice. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

For special order items or package deals, we regret to inform you that no refunds or credits are available for change of mind or incorrect decisions.

Please be aware that all returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged and considered “unsellable,” an additional 15% repackaging fee will apply.

We kindly request that you contact our office before returning any items. Returns will not be accepted without prior communication.

No refunds will be processed until we have received and inspected the item(s).

It’s important to note that this refund policy does not apply to goods that have been installed or used, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped, broken, or classified as special order items. All products must be returned in their original condition. Please note that all postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using Registered post and prepaid postage for the return shipment.

Please be aware that any risk of loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit lies with the buyer. Therefore, we advise you to secure shipment registration or insurance with your chosen postal carrier. 2NV Industries will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit if insurance is not opted for.
